Important Update to PYP Conferences

Dear PYP Families,

We wanted to share an important update regarding conferences this week. Due to an unavoidable paving project that changed as of today, all PYP conferences on Wednesday and Thursday will now be held virtually.

While this change is unfortunate, it is necessary to allow the paving work to be completed safely and efficiently. The paving project will significantly reduce parking availability on Wednesday and Thursday, and there will not be enough spaces on site to safely accommodate families.

Conference sign-ups have already been completed, and our office team will be sending out the Google Meet links for each teacher. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make this adjustment.

Please also note that there is a global network outage currently affecting ParentSquare and SignUpGenius, which may delay some communications. If this occurs, information will be shared in stages or through alternate methods to ensure everyone receives what they need.
