Important Update to MYP Conferences

Dear MYP Families,

We wanted to share an important update regarding conferences this week. Due to an unavoidable paving project that changed as of today, all MYP conferences on Wednesday and Thursday will now be held virtually.

While this change is unfortunate, it is necessary to allow the paving work to be completed safely and efficiently. The paving project will significantly reduce parking availability on Wednesday & Thursday, and there will not be enough spaces on site to safely accommodate families.

Our office team will be sending out SignUpGenius links for each MYP teacher, along with the virtual meeting links for your scheduled conference. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we make this adjustment.

Please also note that there is a global network outage currently affecting ParentSquare and SignUpGenius, which may delay some communications. If this occurs, information will be shared in stages or through alternate methods to ensure everyone receives what they need.
